We loved the brand new, comfortable rooms and the variety of options in the breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were helpful, caring, and made our stay special. The location was great, with good restaurants and shopping nearby. The pool and beach were lovely, and we enjoyed the exceptional views from the restaurant on the 15th floor.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities, including a spacious and modern room with all necessary benefits. the hospitality is fantastic, with staff delivering excellent service, especially at the reception. the private beach is very attractive and well-maintained. the restaurant and snack bar served marvelous tasting sandwiches, and the special diet options were available. the location is fantastic and provides an enjoyable stay with luxurious facilities.
The hotel claims to have a private beach, but it is shared with other buildings and can get crowded on weekends. the staff is very proactive in managing sunbeds, even when everything is full.

Gorgeous hotel with amazing breakfast and friendly staff. They made our stay perfect with their excellent service and even accommodated us with an extra room at no charge. The hotel had convenient amenities like a private beach and a rooftop pool. The apartment part of the hotel was comfortable and provided direct access to the rooms. We also enjoyed the local experience in the common areas with families living nearby.
The housekeeping was not attentive enough, as they only changed the towels and bed sheets but didn't clean the rest of the room properly. The hotel's location was not ideal, especially for families with kids, as there was no nearby traffic signal and it was risky to cross the road.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the hotel facilities. The infinity pool, with its fine ocean view, was a highlight, and there was also a lovely adult pool on the 14th floor. The location on the beach was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. the hotel is conveniently close to the mall, just opposite Nakheel Mall. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious food and drinks.

We loved our recent stay at Andaz Residence! The spacious studio room with a separate lounge area and well-appointed kitchen made us feel at home. The heated pool and beach area were perfect for relaxation, and the friendly staff made sure all our needs were met. The breakfast spread was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. we had a amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location close to shopping and restaurants, with a private beach and cabana pool that is rarely crowded. Rooms are spacious with modern amenities and comfortable beds. Staff is responsive and guest-oriented. Breakfast is delicious and served in a relaxing atmosphere. a fantastic stay with great value for money.

Waking up to a stunning beach view was a great way to start the day. Located just opposite the Nakheel Mall, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the mall and other nearby attractions. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with modern amenities and a beautiful bathroom. The staff were welcoming and well-trained, and the breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Although the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, we did have difficulty with the air conditioning in our room.

From the spacious and well, appointed rooms to the excellent breakfast and attentive staff, every detail was on point. the luxurious amenities, including the full, service Spa and wellness centre, sauna, outdoor swimming pool. the hotel's location was also advantageous , convenient to shopping and dining options while still providing direct access to the beautiful beach.
this small issue was easily overlooked given the overall wonderful experience I had at the hotel.
